With over 19 years of experience in the analytics industry, he specializes in delivering tailored solutions that enable clients to derive actionable insights and make strategic decisions across their data ecosystems. His expertise extends to overseeing data warehousing and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring innovative and efficient handling of data at scale. Vidur leads his team in exceeding client expectations through innovative, data-driven deliverables. Before joining Newbury Partners, Vidur co-founded and led Guidant LLC for seven years, where he specialized in scaling analytics solutions for the manufacturing, financial, and oil and gas industries.

In his role, Sean oversees the delivery and execution of large-scale transformation programs, including Newbury’s Bullhorn One project portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in staffing pay bill operations and shared services, Sean’s professional journey has been marked by a commitment to operational excellence and strategic leadership. 

Before joining Newbury Partners, Sean led the creation of Adecco’s Finance Transformation PMO, overseeing the Group’s strategic initiatives related to the Shared Service Centers across the US, Canada, and Latin America. In this same region, Sean oversaw value realization for Adecco’s global transformation program, ‘Grow Together’, a program that contributed millions, helping the Group exceed its financial expectations. Sean’s extensive experience and strategic vision continue to drive exceptional results for Newbury Partners and its clients.
